How it works
Upload a photo, let PHORM do the rest, and get a model that’s ready to print.
- 1
Start with a photo
Upload a picture of the object, or let PHORM generate one from a prompt — one clear photo is all the 3D model needs.
- 2
PHORM creates the 3D model
Full 3D geometry is reconstructed from the image in a few minutes, then the mesh is repaired until it is watertight — holes closed, normals fixed, non-manifold geometry resolved. No 3D skills or file setup required; the same engine can fix meshes you already have.

Ready to print
Download your print-ready model as STL or 3MF and send it straight to your 3D printer — Bambu Studio, Cura, PrusaSlicer or Orca Slicer.

What people make with it
Tabletop miniatures and game props, personalized gifts, product prototypes, replacement knobs and handles, ornaments and desk toys. We tune the output for Bambu Lab first — the P1S, A1 and X1C are what most of our users print on — and because it is a standard watertight mesh with no vendor lock-in, it behaves like any other model in any slicer and works with PLA and PETG.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about PHORM models, printing and repair. All questions, answered →
- How long does a generation take?
- Typically a few minutes end to end: about a minute for an AI photo, and roughly three to five minutes for the 3D stage — High Quality, which also carries the object’s colours, takes the longest. You see live progress the whole way, and the result appears in an interactive 3D viewer.
- Which file formats does PHORM export?
- PHORM exports STL and 3MF, the two formats virtually every slicer accepts — including Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer. STL is the universal classic; 3MF is the modern container that preserves units and scene metadata.
- What does “watertight” mean and why does it matter?
- A watertight (manifold) mesh is a fully closed surface with no holes, gaps or edges shared by more than two faces. Slicers need a watertight mesh to decide what is inside and what is outside the model — a leaky mesh leads to failed slicing, missing walls or broken prints. PHORM checks and repairs every model before you download it.
- Can I make a figurine of a person?
- Yes — of yourself, of an adult who agreed, or of your child if you are their parent or legal guardian. Famous people are no exception — they need to have agreed too. Selling a figurine of someone else needs their permission.
